Civil Division Manager
Chris Bagley, P.E. is the Civil Division Manager at BELL Construction. He manages the day to day operations of the Civil Division, performing heavy Civil Grading and Utility work. Chris is a Professional Engineer, licensed in both Tennessee and Texas. He is also a licensed Master Plumber and a Fire Sprinkler RME. These licenses enable BELL Civil Division to self-perform plumbing and fire sprinkler lines. Chris has worked in estimating, project management, design, and true design build in his 20+ year career.
