BELL’s Civil Division performed the sitework and utilities for the new Cheatham County Jail & Expansion in Ashland City, TN.  The project consisted of grading in downtown Ashland City, adjacent to the existing Cheatham County courthouse.  Excavation consisted of 9,013 CY of export material and the construction of the new jail building pad, adjacent areas, and a new parking lot.  BELL’s Civil Division is also providing new fire and domestic water services, as well as sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and primary electrical services. BELL served as the Master Plumber for the outside domestic and sanitary services, as well as the Fire Sprinkler Contractor for the outside fire service lines.
