BELL Construction is delivering a new, two‑story 19K SF headquarters for the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association on its long‑standing Hermitage campus while maintaining full operations throughout construction. The project provides modern office space to support TSSAA’s expanded staff and statewide mission and demonstrates disciplined cost control, phased capital deployment, and schedule accountability on an active campus. Our Civil division is completing comprehensive sitework and utility installation.
