BELL has been selected as the CM for Phase 3 of the project totaling 190,000 SF mixed-use development including a 3-level basement garage, 4-story concrete podium, 3-story office building and a 4-story shelled office space for a future tenant. Planned amenities include a rooftop terrace at the office building and three residential terrace amenity decks as well as site improvements. BELL’s Civil Division will provide site clearing, utility relocations and improvements.
