Novo Hickory Highlands Apartments

NOVO apartments is a multi-building, garden style apartment complex located in Antioch, TN.  The project consisted of blasting, excavation, and haul off of 18,602 CY on a steep hillside site.  Six building pads were provided for the construction of the clubhouse and individual apartment buildings.  In addition, 10,292 SF of retaining walls were constructed at the rear of the site.  BELL performed the installation of a public sanitary sewer force main to provide sanitary sewer service in the challenging hillside environment.  BELL served as the Master Plumber for the outside sanitary sewer service lines to the complex.
