Construction is underway on a 13,600 SF shop and office facility for United Rentals, including multiple service bays, staff offices, a training room, and showroom space. Site development is being performed by the BELL Civil division, including grading, storm drainage, waterline, and sanitary sewer installation. Work is progressing with a focus on coordinated execution and maintaining schedule to support United Rentals’ operational needs.
