Construction is now complete on the new Tennessee College of Applied Technology project in McKenzie. This project entails a 20,000 SF new academic/administration building, and expanded parking on the existing campus property. The building consists of educational spaces to accommodate low bay technical college academic programs, administrative offices and required support spaces. The final phase included demolition of the vacated administration building, abandoned utilities and adaptation of this space for parking, pedestrian walks, and green space.
