Ashwood 12 South

BELL’s Civil Division performed the sitework and utilities on the Ashwood 12 South project, located in the popular 12 South neighborhood in Nashville.  The project consisted of blasting and excavation in a challenging urban environment, as well as shoring alongside existing 12^th Avenue South.  Over 26,000 CY of rock was blasted and hauled off the site in order to provide the grade necessary for a new parking structure, located underneath the new proposed development.  BELL also performed the fire water, domestic water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage install for the new development.  In addition, new public storm drainage and sanitary sewer were installed in 12^th Avenue to serve the development as well as upgrade the existing public infrastructure.  BELL served as the Master Plumber for the outside domestic and sanitary services, as well as the Fire Sprinkler Contractor for the outside fire service lines.
