Based on the successful completion of three previous projects for Boyle, BELL was directly selected to serve as Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the new three-story, Class A office building in the Berry Farms development in Franklin, Tennessee.
The building was designed to match the aesthetic of the other buildings in the development to allow for a cohesive addition. The perimeter enclosure includes brick veneer, storefront glass, stone, and metal panels. An outdoor courtyard area with tables and seating provides employees a place to meet for lunch or other gatherings. Ample parking is available for employees and guests in the on-site lot.
