BELL is serving as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the renovation of Stonebridge Bible Church’s new 55,000 SF facility, including a 1,400‑seat sanctuary, expanded children’s ministry spaces, youth suite, classrooms, offices, counseling areas, lobby enhancements, and related site improvements.
The Stonebridge Bible Church-owned building has other tenants who will be occupying their various spaces throughout the construction phase. BELL is taking all necessary precautions to ensure that the tenants are not interrupted during the construction work and we are maintaining a safe and secure work space for the integration of the work into the building.
