  • Extensive Underground Parking: A multi-level parking garage (5 levels) is built below Parcel 9 and extends to the limits of Parcel 03, providing convenient, hidden parking for the district.
  • Retail & Entertainment Focus: The podium above the garage is designed with active ground-floor retail and restaurant spaces, creating a lively pedestrian environment along internal walkways and streets.
