BELL acted as the general contractor to rehabilitate the .203 -mile bridge on Hillwood Boulevard over the CSX railroad tracks and Richland Creek near the Harding Road and Lynwood Boulevard intersection. The project was necessary because the bridge was built in 1916 and was deemed structurally deficient in July 2018. Some of the historical features of the old bridge were incorporated into the new bridge.
