About Coffee County Jail:
Located two miles from downtown Manchester, the Coffee County Jail is a 76,648 SF, 400 bed facility built on a new site. BELL acted as the Construction Manager at Risk to complete this facility. The facility includes food service, medical, and visitation areas, as well as offices for the Sheriff’s staff. The project had a few challenges to overcome including four wetland areas previously identified and one new wetland area which needed to be resolved. BELL provided complete preconstruction phase and construction phase services.
