Exciting things are on tap at Close Company Bar! The sleek new cocktail lounge and entertainment space is open at the evolving Neuhoff development, formerly a 1900s meatpacking facility in the Germantown neighborhood of Nashville. BELL’s Special Projects division served as the construction manager leading the tenant build out of the existing shell building which includes a high end commercial kitchen. The project presented challenges as the bar is located at the basement level. As such, the team coordinated all deliveries through a concrete elevator.
