Carothers Parkway Bridge and Access Road

BELL completed the Carothers Parkway Bridge and access road to the Southeast Municipal Complex, which provides vehicular and pedestrian ingress to a proposed park and water treatment facility for the City of Franklin, Tennessee. The project involved widening Carothers Parkway for the addition of turn lanes onto a new bridge and access road to the park. BELL completed the project through phased construction that allowed motorists to navigate Carothers Parkway during construction. Finishing touches included curb and gutter, sidewalks, base and paving, pavement markings, decorative lights and metal railings, and rock pattern concrete barriers.
