Senior Project Manager
Grant Cruseturner is a Senior Project Manager in the Heavy Highway/Civil Division at BELL. He is responsible, with the Superintendent, for the overall management and administration of heavy highway/civil construction projects. This includes involvement in preconstruction services, estimating, subcontractor management, submittal processing, meeting the schedule budget, and achieving high quality on all projects.
