From sun up to sun down, The Wharf (Phase I) was designed to entertain residents and guests along Main Street offering something for everyone. The Wharf’s entertainment district became quickly recognizable with the ever-popular Ferris wheel. Year round, The Wharf became the home away from home destination to dine, shop and play. BELL constructed Phase I of The Wharf, a mixed-use development described, at the time it was built, as the most unique and all-inclusive developments in Gulf Coast history. The overall project includes more than one million SF of retail, office, restaurant, and commercial space, plus 741 condominium units, 44 “condotel” units, and 250 hotel guest rooms.
