The Marriott Cool Springs hotel in Franklin, TN is located in near Cool Springs Galleria, minutes from Arrington Vineyards and downtown Franklin with easy access to I-65. This project consisted of the construction of the 10-story post-tension concrete front for the 300-room hotel featuring a dine-in restaurant, fitness center, and meeting space. This hotel was designed to accommodate travelers for the weekend and those hosting events. Ballrooms offer the perfect space for weddings, receptions and corporate gatherings.
