BELL acted as the General Contractor to complete this project consisting of three-stories that will serve residents of Metro Nashville. The new facility includes a combination of administrative offices, science and technology spaces, and health clinics. Designed for LEED Silver certification, significant energy conservation and reduction measures were incorporated. Including electrical vehicle charging stations to encourage alternative fuel use and the utilization of water supply strategies, such as cisterns to collect rain and condensate water for landscape irrigation.
