What was once a wide-open field is now the home of Cartwright Elementary School. We are excited to have partnered with Bedford County on this project that serves current residents and future generations. The new elementary school opened early in time for the 2024 school year and with the capacity to hold over 800 students.
Cartwright Elementary School is two-stories and 113,000 SF of classroom space, including Pre-K, a gymnatorium,
media center/library, cafeteria and kitchen along with a parking lot with 150 spaces.
