Field Engineer
Spencer Tomlinson is a Field Engineer in the Heavy Highway/Civil Division at BELL. He provides hands-on field support to Superintendents and Project Management staff in all aspects of supervising and managing project resources, safety, budget, delivery schedule, and adherence of work to construction documents.
