Shane Tresch

Shane Tresch is a Project Executive in BELL Construction’s Building Operations Team. His experience includes award-winning and LEED Certified projects across a variety of markets, including multi-family housing, lodging, and hotels, as well as mixed-use, office, retail, hospitality, hotel, entertainment, tourism, higher education, industrial/energy, and government/defense.

His primary responsibilities as a PX include communicating and building upon BELL’s relationships with architects, owners, and major trade partners to ensure overall client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include overseeing field personnel, handling RFIs and change orders, delegating subcontracts, ensuring safety protocols are followed, organizing site logistics, maintaining project schedules, and coordinating submittal review.
