Kelly Frizzell

Kelly Frizzell is a Preconstruction Administrator at BELL Construction on the Building Division Team. She is responsible for developing preconstruction schedules and monitoring progress. She uses project management and scheduling software consistently and accurately.  She also manages billings and cost procedures during preconstruction and develops construction schedule with input from field.
