Project Engineer
Eric Coughlin is a Project Engineer in the Building Division at BELL Construction where he supports the project management team to facilitate a well-managed project. He assists with the overall management and administration of projects, including preconstruction services, subcontractor management, RFI’s, and the submittal process.
