Adriana Serafin started at BELL in early 2022 as our HR Assistant. She is responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks that support operations within the HR Department. As the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR programs, policies, and procedures. She creates, maintains, and regularly audits all employee data, files, and records, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal employment regulations, and is responsible for coordinating schedules, employee events, and other HR projects and initiatives.
