Rebecca Ozols is the first female Owner of BELL Construction where she serves as the Vice President of Growth & Strategy and leads the business development and marketing functions. As Vice President of Strategic Growth at BELL, she works across the organization to drive growth and strengthen BELL’s position in the industry. Rebecca collaborates with the executive team to develop key relationships and advance strategic priorities in the market. She is dedicated to building BELL’s brand as the leading construction company in Tennessee and the Southeast.

Rebecca has been recognized numerous times throughout the years for her accomplishments. This year Rebecca has received several awards & recognitions including:
