Glenn Moreland has more than 35 years of experience across various roles within the construction industry, including project management and preconstruction/estimating. In his current role as Director of Preconstruction on BELL Construction’s Building Division Team, Glenn is involved in a majority of the company’s building projects.

He responsible for:

  • Managing the preconstruction/estimating team, which includes estimators, preconstruction administrators, and project/contract administrators
  • Coordinating the procurement process, which includes advertising available contracts, collecting bids, evaluating submissions, and preparing cost proposals
  • Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain the best pricing for our clients
  • Submitting cost proposals and hard-bids for projects across a variety of markets
  • Building relationships with developers/owners, architects/designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other trade partners
  • Completing value engineering/value analysis services and constructability reviews
  • Helping to ensure meaningful participation from small and diverse businesses on BELL’s contracts
